Dr. Tobi Sheiker

I have been in love with chiropractic since 1996, after I was involved in a terrible car accident that could have ended my life.  Although I wouldn't wish that on anyone, it was serendipitous, because that accident led me to discover a new world in chiropractic and massage that was definitely meant for me to find.

I became a chiropractor in 2000 after attending school in Atlanta, and found my niche with the Torque Release Technique (TRT) in 2003.  I am thrilled to offer a version of chiropractic that many people are unaware exists, and that is ideal for those wary, afraid, or skeptical.  TRT offers hope to those with fusions, rods, chronic or acute pain, injuries, decreased energy or sense of well being, pregnancy and pediatric care, and everything in between.

I  also treat people as a whole, and do not just focus on the spine. I have been called “the extremity queen”, as there is not a joint in the body that I will not help to correct. I promote a healthy lifestyle to improve and allow the healing process.   This involves healthy eating habits (my family and I  eat mostly organic, non GMO food that is gluten, dairy, and chemical free),  reduced toxic load (no/low chemicals in body care or house care), stress management, such as meditation, yoga, and time with nature, and an appropriate amount of sleep (free from interference).

When I am not taking care of people at the office, I am spending time with my identical twin boys (2013)  and my daughter (2011) and Lulabelle. We love to be in nature, near water, go for walks, the beach, anything involving food, reading, yoga, art, and music.

I feel that I am a constant work in progress, always evolving in how I care for myself, my kids, and my patients. The more I learn and grow, the more I share and help. So, I hope to help patients evolve and heal to the best of their ability, and I cannot wait to share my healing space with you and your family.

Becci Dillard - Yoga Instructor

Yoga has been a part of my life for 14 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

I completed my 200 hour teacher training locally and 100 hour mindful meditation teacher training with David Nichtern through the Tibet House in Manhattan,  NY.  I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers, fellow yogis, and students have shared with me.

In my classes, the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Soosan Raika

Soosan was born in Iran, lived in Argentina for 18 years and has been living in the US since 1996.  She speaks fluent English, Spanish and Farsi. She has been married to her husband Keivan for 25 years, and together they have two amazing daughters, Anabella and Juliana. She loves to travel and has visited many amazing places around the world. In her free time she enjoys exercising, meditating, reading, hiking and she loves a good cup of coffee with friends.

After her arrival to the US, Soosan dedicated the first few years to studying English and immersed herself into a new culture. For over 10 years Soosan worked in the bridal business where she cultivated many relationships. It is during this time that she developed a passion to helping others. She leveraged her experiences in order to transition into health and wellness.

Soosan’s passion for fitness began in 2012 when she decided to change careers and start a new job as a Wellness Attendant at her local YMCA. This gave her the opportunity to meet a variety of new people with unique goals. Her passion to help others provided the motivation needed to get an AFFA Personal Training Certification. During her time at the YMCA she got also certified as a TRX Instructor, CPR Instructor (in multiple languages) and she started teaching a class called Women on Weights (in multiple languages).

Soosan is also very passionate about holistic health. For many years she has been learning and searching for more tools in order to help others access their own inner healing abilities. She received certifications in various alternative techniques, including; NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique), Raindrop Therapy, Reiki and Metamorphic Technique. In addition, she was recently able to receive her certification as a Qigong Group Leader and also Yin Yoga Instructor.

She believes her journey is not complete and is constantly looking for new ways to help her friends, family and others. Soosan also believes in cultivating new relationships, while continually learning from others.
